Information on the processing of personal data
Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), I hereby inform that:
1) your personal data is administered by AXAMI sp. z o.o. sp. k., ul. Pana Tadeusza 1/1, 15-521 Zaścianki, Białystok;
2) the personal data you provide will be processed as part of processing the query and handling correspondence pursuant to Article 6 section 1 letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, or to fulfill terms of agreement - for six months of the date of discontinuing the exchange of correspondence/ or for 6 years after ceasing the cooperation
3) you may request access to your personal data from the administrator, correct the data, delete it or limit its processing, raise an objection to the processing of the data, transfer the data and withdraw your consent at any time. 4) you may make a complaint to the supervising body;
5) providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will make sending the message impossible;
6) the hosting service provider will be the recipient of your data; 
7) your data will not be profiled.

2) The personal data you provide will be processed:
a. in order to set up and run your customer's account pursuant to Article 6 section 1 letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016 – in order to run the customer's account until the customer chooses to delete the account. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will make setting up your customer's account and placing orders using the account impossible.  The hosting service provider will be the recipient of your data;
b. in order to conclude online sales contracts and perform and them – pursuant to Article 6 section 1 letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016 – in order to conclude and perform the contract, for 5 years of the end of the year the sales contract is concluded. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will make processing orders impossible.  The hosting service provider and the courier companies through which the products you order will be delivered will be the recipients of your data; if the payment is made through an online payment operator, the operator will be the recipient of your data;
c. in order to promote the company's own products – pursuant to Article 6 section 1 letter f of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 – until the customers raises an objection to receiving commercial information or until the business objective no longer exists. Providing your personal data in order to receive commercial information is voluntary. The hosting service provider, the company providing marketing services for the personal data administrator and the provider of software used to send commercial information are potential recipients of your personal data.
d. in order to collect information connected with the user shopping at the online shop (cookies) – pursuant to Article 6 section 1 letter f of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 – specifically, in order to maintain the user's session once logged in, so that the user would not need to enter the login and password again at each section of the website, to adjust and optimize the online shop to the Customers' needs, to produce the viewing statistics of online shop sections, to ensure security and reliability of the shop operation – the provider of the website software and hosting services (Google Inc., seated in the USA) will be the recipient of the data. The data processed for these purposes will be processed until the business cause no longer exists. e. in order to conduct correspondence on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. a general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 - the consent of the data subject, or - art. 6 par. 1 lit. f of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 - as the administrator's own goal. Providing personal data for correspondence is voluntary. Potential data recipients are the hosting provider.
8) the persons to whom the data refers may request access to the personal data from the administrator, correct it and transfer it; in the case of data processed on the basis of consent, the persons may delete the data or limit its processing, raise an objection to the processing of the data, and withdraw the consent at any time. 3) you may make a complaint to the supervising body;
4) Your activity on the website may be used to show you profiled advertisements.
